Artisan/merchant – $3,000 10ft x 10ft – A vendor only selling products.

Food Vendor – $7,500 10ft x 10ft  – A vendor that sells food items

      Upload two photos of your work or products in either JPG, PNG, or PDF format
      Select which type of licenses you are going to upload
    • Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, pdf, doc, docx.
      Upload your multi-event 180 event license that should have been provided to you from the city of Chicago. (PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, DOCX)

      Upload your city sanitation license. (PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, DOCX)
    • Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, pdf, doc, docx.
      Upload your special event application. (PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, DOCX)

      Upload a copy of your health inspection document (PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, DOCX)

      Please list and describe each food item you propose for your menu sign and their prices. Be very specific. StarEvents will use this menu to create your pricing banner so please be accurate. You may offer up to 4 main items and 3 side items. additional items are $150 per item.

    • As a food vendor, your first 4 items are free, with 3 side menu items. For every additional item there is a fee of $150.
