PARTICIPATING RESTAURANT PARTNERS RECEIVE:

• $500 staffing stipend
• Payment per 3oz serving distributed at the event
• Exposure to a diverse Chicago-based audience—people who host parties and dine out!
• Opportunity to garner local and regional media coverage.
• Event Photography
• Inclusion in event signage andpress releases
• Listing in e-blast and other marketing materials, sent to est. 20,000+ people
• Listing on the World Dumpling Fest webpage with link to your restaurant site (est 50,000+ impressions)
• Branded signage for your station
• Station set up, including tables, linens, trash and signs

Food Requirements:

• 1500 3 oz. serving of your restaurant’s version of a dumpling. This number may increase depending on ticket sales
• Savory or sweet options are welcome
• Meat, veggie, and gluten free options are all welcome but not required to have all
