StarEvents, LLC invites you to participate in our Premier Festival Series.
Please fill out our response form and mail it back to StarEvents. Applications will be sent once we have received your response and processing fee.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Payment/application for booth space(s) and all requested equipment must be received at StarEvents offices no later than 30 days prior to the starting date of any event. Deadlines will be listed on all application materials. ANY APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE EVENT DEADLINE WILL INCUR A 50% LATE CHARGE TO THE BASIC SPACE RENTAL FEE THAT IS PAYABLE IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT OF APPLICATION. APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND CONFIRMATION WILL NOT BE GRANTED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
StarEvents will confirm participation in writing 3 weeks prior to the start of each event. StarEvents reserves the right to accept and reject vendor applications at its own discretion.

EQUIPMENT & SERVICES
StarEvents can provide a variety of rental equipment & services for a fee. Fees vary depending on event, and will be stated clearly on all event applications. Standard equipment made available for all events include, canopies, tables, chairs and electric power. Arrangements for any non-standard additional equipment (such as cooking and food preparation equipment) must be made in advance with StarEvents at the time of application.
Any requests for equipment & services must be accompanied by a separate deposit check for $100.00 payable to StarEvents. Deposit checks will be returned upon return receipt of equipment after the conclusion of the event.

BOOTH SPACE & VENUE ACCESS
All vendors will be granted 10x10 or 10x20 booth (depending on request/payment) and will be required to keep all booth operations and products strictly within that allotted space. If additional space is needed, arrangements must be made in advance with StarEvents.
For safety and liability purposes, all venues are closed to vehicle traffic one hour prior to daily start times and for the duration of event operating hours. Any vendor needing to transport product or equipment to their location during operating hours must do so by hand or by non-motorized cart. Information on specific setup and breakdown times will be communicated in confirmation letters in advance of each event.

ELECTRIC POWER & WATER
Food Vendors - Food purveyors are provided with two 110V outlets for their needs at the event, which shall only be used for a maximum of two pieces of equipment. If needed, arrangements must be made in advance with StarEvents for additional power supply. StarEvents reserves the right to suspend a vendor's power supply if that vendor exceeds its allotment of power.
Craft/General Vendors - These vendors are provided with one 110V outlet for their needs at the event, which shall only be used for a maximum of one piece of equipment. Craft/General vendors are prohibited from using electric heaters or motorized equipment, unless use is pre-approved by StarEvents staff. If needed arrangements must be made in advance with StarEvents for additional power supply. StarEvents reserves the right to suspend a vendor's power supply if that vendor exceeds its allotment of power.
In many cases non-potable water will be made available to vendors on site, depending on venue limitations. All vendors should make their own arrangements for water supply.

PARKING & SECURITY
Under no circumstances will vendors be allowed to park vehicles on the venue during operating hours. In some cases remote or additional parking will be made available, but it is the responsibility of all vendors to arrange for their own parking needs.
Overnight security will be on-site for all events, but security staff is on site to monitor StarEvents and Sponsor property only. Equipment may be left on site overnight, but it is strongly recommended that vendors remove all valuables. StarEvents and sponsoring organizations take no responsibility for lost or stolen items or equipment.
